Play a match with your Amiibo in 8 Player Smash instead of 2 Player Smash. Have the time last longer than two minutes. Try five to ten minutes per match. Your Amiibo will increase its level at double the amount of an original battle. For example, in matches lasting longer than two minutes, your Amiibo can increase twice the amount compared to a 1-on-1 battle. In ten minutes your Amiibo can go from Level 1 to Level 6. Keep training your Amiibo for longer amounts of time for a double level up increase.

While playing as Captain Olimar, throw Pikmin onto someone, or make sure the reflector is in between you and Pikmin (making sure they can walk to the reflector). Have player two reflect it so that the Pikmin touches the reflector by walking past or latching. Then, execute the Order Tackle custom move to bring the Pikmin back. If timed correctly, you can get almost 100% damage on your opponent. The Pikmin will now be busted until it dies, is thrown, or used in a smash attack.
